Abstrakt
The study was conducted in the years 1999–2001 on a meadow, where the following fertilizers combinations were used: object control (without fertilizer), NPK mineral fertilization, fertilizing with manure, manure with NPK fertilization, fertilizing the with mushroom’s compost; fertilization with NPK and mushroom’s compost. The aim of this study was to evaluate, the impact of mineral NPK fertilizers manure and mushroom’s compost on the content and uptake of potassium and magnesium by the meadow sword. The mushroom’s compost used in the experiment was characterized by higher content of potassium and less magnesium magnesium than the manure used as a standard. Mushroom’s compost used separately and together with NPK increased on the potassium content in the sward, but dont increased the magnesium content in compare to the alone manure and supplemented with NPK. After taking into account the nutritional needs of the animals, it was also found that in the study sward, potassium content was optimize, but magnesium extremely deficient. The ratio of K : Mg in the meadows hay gathered from the object fertilized with manure including NPK, was much wider than optimal. It was a result of the uptaking by meadow sward too much potassium and inhibition of magnesium uptaking.
