| dc.description.abstract | Желая определить степень усталости, вследствие транспорта, у абаторных свиней вычислено снижение количества эозиноцитов в периферической крови перед перевозкой и после нее; среднее снижение этих элементов крови после транспорта доходило до 73%. Сделано также электрофорез у мышечного белка как у „отдохнувших" так и у „измученных" свиней; полученные изменения в процентном отношении выделенных фракций было не легко интерпретировать при теперешнем этапе исследований. | ru |
| dc.description.abstract | Um den Grad der durch Transport verursachten ErmUdung von Schlachtschweinen zu bestimmen, hat man die Abnahme der Menge der Eozynozythen im peripheren Blut vor dem Transport und nach seiner Beendigung berechnet; die Abnahme dieser Bht elemente nach dem Transport betrug durchschnittlich 73 %. Es wurde auch eine Elektrophorese des Muskeleinweiss von „ausgeruhten" und „ermüdeten" Schweinen ausgeftlhrt. Die im prozentuellen Anteil der isolierten Fraktionen erhaltenen Veränderungen sind - in der gegenwärtigen Phase der Untersuchungen - schwer zu interpretieren. | de |
| dc.description.abstract | To determine the degree of fatigue in pigs for slaughter caused by transporting them, the drop of the amount of eozynocytes in the peripheral blood prior to haulage and after its end, have been calculated, the average drop of these elements in blood after haulage amounted to 73 %. An electrophoresis of muscle albumen of animals not put to the strain of transport and the "tired" ones has been made. It was difficult to give any interpretation of the obtained changes in a percentage ratio of the isolated fractions - at the present stage of investigations. | en |
