На основе результатов исследований и литературы анализировано возможности выступления гемилюминесценции во время окисления полифенолов в живых клетках.Es wurden die Bedingungen untersucht, unter denen die Chemilumineszenz auftritt, die die Oxidation von Polyphenolen mit Hydroperoxyd und Sauerstoff in Anwesenheit von Peroxydasen und Fe(CN)³₆ begleitet.(Die Ilumineszenz ist abhängig von pH, der Konzentration der Reagenten und Temperatur.) Auf Grund der Ergebnisse der Untersuchungen und des Schrifttums wurde die Möglichkeit des Auftretens von Chemilumineszenz während der Oxidation der Polyphenole in Lebendzellen der Pflanzen durchanalysiert.The conditions of the occurrence of chemilluminescence, accompanying the process of oxidation of polyphenols with hydrogen peroxide and oxygen at the presence of peroxidases in Fe(CN)³₆ have been examined. (The intensity of the illuminescence depends on pH, on the concentration of the reagents, temperature.)
