Compared two methods of indirect determination of half life time and estimation accuracy of the calculations. These were the analytical method (for example, a simple first-order reaction model) and the graphical method (assuming a linear decay of the active substance). According to the current international standards assume that a measure of uncertainty of measurement was the double value of standard deviation. Calculated expanded uncertainty of measurement of the absolute half period and the relative uncertainty. Depending on the method used was different, but similar half-life values (36.1 and 37.3 days).
