According to recommended level of DF, determined average level was much lower and comprised of 45.6% of daily requirements. Source and amount of DF in composite ration were as follows: cereal products 38% and vegetables with fruits 38%. Moreover, content of energy, proteins, carbohydrate, fat and cholesterol were additionally determined in order to compare with dietary guidelines.
