The subject of observations were three groups of laying breeds 28,42 and 56 weeks old in the optimal conditions kept. From there groups the eggs to the chemical analysis were sampled and the residual (after selection) into hatchery were transfered. The day-old chicken (from the eggs from layers in different age hatched) also were researched. The chicken were killed and the autopsy with heart, stomach and liver into their percentage participation in a day-old chickens mass definition were given. In the body of chickens and in yolk sacks the content of dry mass, total Protein, fat and P, Fs, Zn content were researched. The results of investigations in the tables and on the pictures were showed. The observa- tions verified the changes of eggs mass and composition in depend on layers age. The noted changes influenced upon fertility and hatchability indicators. The greatest value of these indicators in the group of 42- Weeks age layers were observed. The development of several organs was differential. The heart of all the day-old chickens had the same mass. Stomach and liver mass was increased in depend a layers age. The results of chemical analysis of a day-old chickens showed the greatest partici pation of dry mass and fat in the body of chickens from the 42-weeks age layers. The greatest participation of protein in body mass in the chicken from the young layers was noted. Utilization of mineral compounds by eymbryos was differential. The level of phosphorus (from eggs) utilization by chickens decreased, when the layers age was increased. Zn and Fe were utilizated the most intensively by chickens from 42 weeks age layers. This age as optimum for to hatching eggs production ought to be recognized.
